I've lost my Password!

If you have lost your password, you should first try to reset it yourself, like this..

Client Area Password - The Client Area password can be retrieved by using the "Forgot your password" link near the bottom of the page.

cPanel Password - Firstly, try to login to your cPanel, click 'cancel' when the username/password box comes up. There will then be a link to have your password reset on the page. This will require that you have updated the Contact email address in cPanel prior to attempting to the reset (or your email hasn't changed since sign-up).

If neither of these work, submit a ticket and we will generate a new password for you and send it to the email address on file.
